Hello my name is Wanda Schemel.
I am blessed with three children and five grandchildren and one great grandchild. As an Air Force family we were extremely fortunate to do a lot of traveling, making life extremely exciting. We lived in England, New York, California and finally settled in Colorado.
Although originally from California, I have lived in Colorado Springs for 35 years, which makes me almost a native! Soon after moving here, I worked for the Colorado Springs Chamber of Commerce, where my love affair with Colorado Springs began. Prior to my becoming a Realtor in 1995, I worked in the Defense Industry for many years. Some of my professional designations are GRI, ABR, and QSC.
Real Estate is my passion and my goal is to help people make good educated decisions they will be happy with for a lifetime. I strive to provide a quality service that will create long term satisfaction and one that builds lasting friendships and successes. I specialize in residential sales, military, relocation, corporate relocation, first- time home buyers as well as sellers. My greatest satisfaction is assisting my clients on their journey to buying a new or existing home and/or selling their existing home. When I am not working with Clients, I enjoy spending time with my family, friends and traveling. I have traveled throughout our own beautiful USA, Europe and Great Britain. I collect dolls and when the time allows, I could spend hours visiting antique shops.
